Who we are

Nexym is a product of Wedigify B.V., Rotterdam, Chamber of Commerce (KvK) 12345678. Questions about privacy: privacy@nexym.nl.

What data we process

From website visitors: the contact form (name, e-mail, webshop, message) and functional cookies. No tracking cookies without consent.

From customers of the platform: account details (name, e-mail, 2FA settings, IP address at sign-in) and the data your integrations run through the hub — products, stock, orders, customers, invoices.

Why, and on what legal basis

Performance of the contract (making the platform work), legitimate interest (security, abuse prevention, error analysis) and consent (marketing e-mail, only if you tick the box).

Processor, not controller

For the data of your end customers, you are the controller and we are the processor. We conclude a data processing agreement for this; it is part of the terms and conditions and is available as a separate document on request.

Where the data is

All data is stored and processed in data centres in the Netherlands. Credentials of integrations are stored encrypted. Tenants are strictly separated from each other.

AI processing

Modules such as Website chat and AI enrichment send parts of your data (product texts, a customer question) to an AI provider through our gateway. You choose which provider and which model in the settings. We do not use your data to train models, and we contractually do not allow providers to do so either.

Retention periods

Chat transcripts: 90 days by default, adjustable. Sync logs and audit log: 12 months. Account details: up to 30 days after cancellation. Backups: at most 35 days.

Sub-processors

Hosting (NL), e-mail delivery, AI providers of your choice, and monitoring. The current list is in the platform under Settings → Privacy, and we announce changes 30 days in advance.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. E-mail privacy@nexym.nl; we respond within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Cookies

The website uses only functional cookies and a privacy-friendly, cookieless visitor counter. The platform uses a session cookie and a cookie that remembers your 2FA sign-in.
